Shop Saunders Resilient Seated Butterfly Valves |
| The Saunders RS valve consistently provides bubble-tight, corrosion free performance, even in the most demanding applications. The seat is vulcanized to a firm back-up ring which allows the valve to be used for many high velocity flow rates and also improves its overall performance. The valve seat acts as the flange seal, eliminating the need for gaskets.
This resilient seated butterfly valve design handles a wide range of corrosive fluids safely without the need for frequent parts replacement. The RS is valued not just for its superb reliability but also for its minimal maintenance requirement.

Shop Saunders Triple Offset Metal Seated Butterfly Valves |
| The Saunders MS valve's unique frictionless operation is facilitated by it's unique triple offset design. The off center position of the shaft forms the double offset while the cone angle formed by the seat creates the third offset. The metal seal ring is resilient which forms to the seat, providing bi-directional bubble tight shutoff with a temperature range of -350 to 1500º F. Firesafe to API 607.
This style valve is an excellent alternative to gate valves and severe service ball valves. The quarter-turn rotary actuation makes it easier to operate and cheaper to automate. Other benefits include reduced maintenance and increased reliability.
