Ball Valves	Hayward Ball Valves Hayward's plastic Ball Valves feature a rugged, all-plastic design found only on higher cost ball valves. Features such as Santoprene (TPV) seats, full porting and a 150 PSI pressure rating are all standard on every size ball valve. Gray or White PVC, Threaded, Socket Weld Ends, 1/4" - 6".
Butterfly Valves	Hayward Butterfly Valves Unlike other plastic butterfly valves, Hayward valves are constructed from a one piece body that incorporates fully supported flange bolt holes. This prevents stressing of the mating pipe flanges. The heavy duty construction of the valve stands up to the most demanding applications. The rock solid integral mounting pad ensures that the valve operator will function reliably, regardless of the operator used. 1-1/2" - 24".
Check Valves	Hayward Check Valves Hayward Plastic Check Valves prevent reversal of flow in piping systems. They are ideal where backflow could potentially cause damage to pumps, filters, or process equipment. The valves operate without the need for any adjustments or settings. Line pressure opens the valve. When the inlet flow stops, back pressure closes the, stopping the flow. 1/2" - 8".
Diaphragm Valves	Hayward Diaphragm Valves Hayward all-plastic diaphragm valves are engineered to provide superior handling of difficult media such as corrosive fluids, abrasives and slurries. They can also be used for high purity and sanitary applications. Available in manual or actuated (pneumatic or electric) models, the valves can be used for on/off and throttling service, feature a multi-turn design for precise control, and are self-draining to reduce dead volume. 1/2" - 10".
Pressure Regulators	Hayward Pressure Regulators Hayward Pressure Regulators prevent downstream pressure from exceeding a preset pressure. Regulators can be set by hand, no tools are needed, to control downstream pressures from 5 to 75 psi. Each regulator is designed to cover this complete pressure range with just one, non-wetted, plastic coated spring. An integral molded 1/4" NPT gauge port on the valve body makes installation of a gauge to monitor downstream pressure easy. 1/4" - 1-1/2".
Relief Valves	Hayward Pressure Relief Valves Hayward Pressure Relief Valves protect piping system components from damage due to over pressurization. Relief valves can be set by hand, no tools are needed, to relieve pressures from 5 to 75 psi. Each relief valve is designed to cover this complete pressure range with just one, non-wetted, plastic coated spring. An integral molded 1/4" NPT gauge port on the body makes installation of a gauge easy. 1/4" - 2".
Solenoid Valves	Hayward Solenoid Valves These heavy duty solenoid valves have been designed so that no pressure differential is needed for them to operate reliably. Their unique design eliminates problems such as sticking and "chattering" due to system pressure differentials that can effect ordinary solenoid valves. And their performance is not affected by downstream restrictions. The valve will operate with up to 40 PSI of back pressure and up to 120 PSI of inlet pressure. 1/4" - 1".
Strainers	Hayward Strainers Hayward Plastic Y-Strainers protect piping system components from damage caused by dirt or debris in the process media. They cost less than other types of strainers and are light weight and very compact. Because they can often be supported by the pipeline alone, they work in applications where other types of strainers cannot. 1/2" - 4".
